Below are some frequently asked questions with regards to purchases with us.   • What is special about Paper Picado products?
    Paper Picado makes specialty papercut art products in various categories - Baby & Kids, Home Decor, Stationery, Accessories & more. Each product is handcrafted using premium, imported paper of the highest quality & provides a really unique look in your home.
  • How do I place a bulk order?
    If you’d like to order 10 or more products of a certain piece, please email us at hello@paperpicado.com or call us at +91-9880003140. For bulk orders, share the following details: Product Name(s), Number of products required, Your contact details: Name, Phone, Email We'll be in touch directly to discuss the details!
  • Do you offer bespoke pieces for weddings and special occasions?
    We do! We love to create bespoke orders to help make your event memorable and unique. Please contact us directly by email - hello@paperpicado.com, give us the outline of your order as well as your contact details and we’ll get back to you to discuss the details.
  • How long does it take to ship an order?
    Products typically take 5-7 days to ship. Expect your delivery between 7-10 days. Customized orders take longer to produce, so expect delivery between 10-15 days. For bulk orders, we will outline manufacturing and shipping times when placing your order.
  • What if I’m not happy with my purchase?
    We do hope that this is not the case, but also understand that it can happen occasionally. Make sure to check out our shipping, return & cancellation policy pages. Send us an email at hello@paperpicado.com with the details & we will contact you for more details. Please be aware that we can ONLY accept undamaged items with their original packaging & tags intact within 15 days of purchase.
  • What do I do if my purchase has arrived damaged?
    Please email us with details (and photos if possible) of your damaged purchase. We will respond to you directly.
  • How and when can I cancel my order?
    Regular orders can be cancelled ONLY within 24 hours of placing the order. For personalised orders, please email us at hello@paperpicado.com within 24 hours and we will respond to you directly.
  • How do I receive a refund for a returned/ cancelled purchase?
    One we have received your returned item and determined that it is undamaged in it's original packaging with tags, your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    You can purchase our products using the following payment methods - Credit/Debit cards, Netbanking, UPI, Online Wallets and Paper Picado Giftcards. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All pricing listed in INR.
  • How do I use a Promo Code?
    Promo Codes can be entered during the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box labelled Promo Code under the Order Summary in the Checkout page. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Do you offer E-Gift Cards?
    Yes! Purchase a Paper Picado Gift Card here. And you can check your gift card balance in your profile. Add your gift card promo code during checkout to use your balance.
  • Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
    We do offer Gift Wrapping! We love that you exchange our products for special occassions with your loved ones. We can make it special with our unique gift wrapping that includes a personalized gift message as well. Simply check the gift wrap option during the checkout process.
